I've painted all of my life. There is a reason. A desire to share my vision of the world has always driven me. My work, while representational, is intentionally infused with a deeper response to the subject matter. Sometimes that's through brush stroke, color, composition or more often a combination of all three.
My first art exhibition was at the University of Virginia -- Wise in 1980. Other venues of note through the years have been the Embassy of Lithuania and the General Assembly Building in Richmond, Virginia. Geographically my work is held by collectors from Belgium to Massachusetts and New York to North Carolina. Two works are in the collection of the Museum of Culpeper.
An avid sailor, I'm usually messing about with my boat when I'm not painting or walking my Labrador Retriever on the battlefields of Virginia. Married for forty plus years, I have two children and one grandchild.
My art business has been designated as a "Trusted Art Seller" with The Art Storefronts Organization, which means you can shop with confidence, and know that I stand behind the quality and value of my products.
